Wine TASTE Food
The first Wine TASTE Food course that we offered our students last year was very succesfull. Therefore we want to offer the course again to our students, and this time in English to give Diploma students and Weinakademiker the possibility to follow the course. The interaction between food and wine is predictable. It can be positive, but also negative, therefore important to know at least the basic things. Dr. Peter Klosse has carried out research into taste over many years. It is the moment to meet him togheter with other wine professionals.
