Like last year, also this Wine TASTE Food course that we offered to our students was very succesfull. The interaction between food and wine is predictable. It can be positive, but also negative, therefore important to know at least the basic things. Dr. Peter Klosse has carried out research into taste over many years. It was the moment to meet him togheter with other wine professionals.
